Cancellation policy

Every dispatch carries a 4-hour minimum. If an officer is dispatched and the job is cancelled or runs short, the 4-hour minimum is billed.

I understand that cancellations after dispatch, and jobs shorter than 4 hours, are billed at the 4-hour minimum.
